A media event introduces a new product to the world. How does a company attract press and media to their event? Both the product and the way its presented need to be of interest to media. When Shell Oil wanted to introduce a new line of oil products to distributors the created a large media event hologram presentation to create buzz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fortune 500 company wanted to offer an exciting option to their media event guests to make an impression. The new oil product boasted a new breakthrough in technology. Therefore it only seemed fitting that they present it with futuristic presentation technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A large scale 3D holographic projection system developed by Trade Show Holograms<\/a> was utilized to create the 3d hologram presentation. The holographic company is the same company that created the holographic presentation for Dr. Partho Sengupta. Dr Sengupta used the large media event hologram system<\/a> in his presentation for the American Society of Echocardiography. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Shell Oil embarked on their 10 city media event tour, word of the stunning holographic effect went with them. This resulted in large crowds attending the press events. The audience saw 3D holographic projections floating in mid air instead of standard 2D powerpoint presentations seen at most press events. The 3D effect could be seen by audience members without the need of any special 3D glasses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
